Dr Joel Desire has an Engineering Degree in Communication (Cleveland Institute of Electronics 1996). He graduated in Bible from Liberty University.(Lynchburg Virginia em 1996. He has a bachelor and master of theology professor from Freedom Bible College and Seminary (Roger Arkansas, 2001) and a Doctorate of Theology . He is the founding and associate pastor of the Haitian Evangelical Baptist Church .
